Major M M Motiur Rahman (Retd.) has over 30 years of leadership in fire service, safety management, and emergency response. He served as Director of Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defence and currently works as Fire Consultant to BGMEA. His expertise covers fire safety design, NFPA/BNBC compliance, training, and large-scale project consultancy.
